Just a quick update...had a long and tiring weekend and I just wanted to quickly ask for prayer for me as I continue to face days of frustration and confusion in my adjustment to just being here, living in another country.
I know the job that God has called me to will never be easy and many days is daunting. I am so thankful that I can share this request for prayer and that many of you are praying.
Please pray for me to find complete security and comfort in our Father and Lord. Pray for more adjustment. Pray for energy for the days (most days) when I feel so utterly exhausted from just the mere effort of living in a foreign country. Pray I'll have the energy and emotional energy to fully pour myself into ministry. Pray for me to develop solid, good, godly, encouraging friendships among mexicans and other missionaries here. Pray that through each trial I face my faith will be strengthened and my knowledge of God's plan for me here will grow ever deeper!
Also please continue praying for the mexicans and the ministries already in place.
Thank you for your prayers, encouragement, and support.
Without the comfort that God gives us among each hardship or trial we face, I know I for one would not be standing still!
