For all of you who read this, please be in constant prayer for Helmer. It seems that several areas of his life before he became a Christian have for some time now been tempting him...this past weekend he gave in to all those temptations and now wants to continue following that life rather than a new life in Christ. Please pray for him that God will trouble his heart so much with the decisions he is making, that he will be restless until he surrenders his life and heart fully to Christ. Please pray tonight as hopefully we will take him to talk with Pastor Benjamin, our pastor. Please be in constant prayer for this, as he is seriously thinking of doing some very drastic things with his life that would forever alter his future in a very bad way. It is very sad and very painful to see someone you have been working very closely discipling turn their backs on all that God has done and has taught them. Pray also for Howard and myself as we try to know what to say and how to act, as we try to continue to show love to Helmer but also show him firmly that he is not doing something pleasing to God. We will need all the prayer possible this week, so thanks for remembering us and Helmer.

Remember, let the holy spirit keep working in him. You have done a great job in teaching and being that example, I'm sure you will hear.... "well done thy good and faithful servant"

You know we are in much prayer for the situation. We know God is an awesome God, and we are praying that God will intervene and bring Helmer back to Him.
We are praying for wisdom for you and Howard also to know how to help him, and to act in a way that he will see Christ in both of you.
